Had a very good stay, the hotel is good value.
The location was comfortable, for example, Flakturm was just a short walk away from the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed being within a 15-minute walk from the tube. The room was nicely furnished and good-sized with interior garden view, the bed was really big.

Wi-Fi connection left much to be desired!!! The pillows were far from supportive!!! Plus, the lack of proper air conditioning really detracts from the comfort during warmer months!!!

Good location for international train travel and access to metro for sight-seeing. Room was very nice with a good view. Bathroom was clean and a good size.
Food facilities closed each day at 3pm which therefore meant there was no food available at all after that time.

Everything - apartement for cost of standard double room, city is in the center of shopping area, free city transport, excellent breakfast, very kind staff, etc.

The location was excelent and the staff were very helpfull. Also I appreciated the free transport ticket.
When I made the reservation I expected a double room with a matrimonial bed not twin beds.
